We are recruiting an experienced Production Manager to oversee a poultry farm located in Congo-Brazzaville. This strategic position includes the management of 120,000 laying hens as well as the launch, under your responsibility, of broiler production.
Your Mission
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for :
✔️ Supervise and optimize all operations linked to the 120,000 laying hens, in order to guarantee maximum daily egg production.
✔️ Launch and structure the broiler business, laying the foundations for efficient, sustainable production.
✔️ Coordinate and manage teams, organize day-to-day activities and steer technical processes to guarantee efficient, harmonious production.
✔️ Design and implement development strategies, combining the continuous improvement of current operations with the expansion of new activities.
✔️ Ensure synergy between laying hen and broiler activities, optimizing resources, infrastructure and skills.
Profile Required
✔️ Solid poultry experience: You have proven experience as a Poultry Production Manager in Africa. The management of large-scale farms and the launch of new activities would be a plus.
✔️ Leadership and management skills: You have strong management and operational coordination skills, able to inspire, mobilize and motivate teams to achieve and exceed set objectives.
✔️ Technical and strategic expertise: You have a thorough understanding of poultry production processes and are recognized for your ability to draw up and implement ambitious development strategies.
✔️ Resilience and ability to meet challenges: You excel in demanding environments, with an ability to solve complex problems and optimize resources for maximum results.
