Are you an experienced farm manager looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a skilled Poultry Farm Manager to oversee a large-scale layer farm of 100,000 hens located in Conakry, Guinea.
Your Mission
As the Poultry Farm Manager, you will play a key role in the technical and operational management of a 100,000 layer hen facility. Your main responsibilities will include :
✔️ Supervising and optimizing the entire production chain, from flock management and egg quality to laying performance, feeding and biosecurity.
✔️ Implementing resource optimization and continuous improvement strategies using key performance indicators (laying rate, feed consumption, mortality, feed conversion, etc.).
✔️ Coordinating and managing teams, organizing daily operations as well as overseeing supply chain and inventory management (feed, consumables, veterinary products).
Profile Required
✔️ Proven experience in managing layer hens in closed housing systems (dynamic ventilation), ideally in Africa or tropical climates. Experience with large-scale farms is a plus.
✔️ Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
✔️ Proficiency with production monitoring, planning and reporting tools.
✔️ Rigorous, autonomous, results-oriented and proactive.
